2,Handle Production: Most of the quickly duster’s handle is made of plastic, which can be produced in injection machine. But some expensive handle which need to be made by aluminum tube.
3,quickly duster Hair Production: Our quickly duster hair is made of 100% polyester. The quickly duster head is made on our Hair Rolling Machine.
4,Assembling : Small parts is assembled by hands, like button. But some parts need to be assembled by machine, like the handle ending cover.
5,Inspection & Packing: The finished products will be carefully Inspected, the inspection standard we follow is AQL 4.0. Our quickly duster products will be packed only after inspection.
